Cuzco Peru

We left Lima for our next stop in Cuzco.  Any trip to Machu Picchu most likely includes this city.  This is the nearest airport to the Inca trail and the altitude is higher than Machu Picchu so the body can get acclimated to the high country. Generally one is served coca tea—illegal in the United States unless DE cocainized. Cuzco is a great little town. We saw many Inca ruins, a native dance show, a parade, an alpaca sweater factory. The view from the hills above the town was great.
